HARDTWIST, INC. was formed in 2004 after it's founder, Jerry W. Derr, discovered there was a distinct need in the agricultural economy for accurate asset verification and accountability for financial lenders and investors. The firm was specifically formed to offer its expertice in the ag economy as investors require secure business ventures.

Since its inception, the firm has worked in South Dakota, Montana, North Dakota, Nebraska and Minnesota and continually looks to expand the client base.
